Meet the Artist

What began as a childhood fascination with the magical bottle, turned into an artist's dream as an adult. In 1999, Shannon Craven began to search the Internet in the hopes of finding a genie bottle to call her own. To her delight, she found that the original 1964 Jim Beam bottles used for the prop on her favorite show could still be found. In an even more exciting discovery, she found a pattern online that helped her to paint a replica of her own.

That began the journey, and her first bottle was sold in an eBay auction in July of 1999. Over the years, she's done extensive research on the bottles to refine the original patterns to be as close to the original props as possible, while also researching the best and highest quality brushes, paints and painting methods available today. It is very important to Shannon that these bottles not only be beautiful pieces of artwork, but that they be expertly crafted to stand the test of time, to be enjoyed for years to come.  Over the years, she has become an innovator in the field, creating unique and beautiful creations such as her Stained Glass Window bottles, Beach Bases, Miniatures, Pendants and even a one of a kind, Fully Furnished bottle. She continues to create uniquely designed and innovative creations, much to the delight of collectors all over the world.
